A good life is not about deprivation and holding back. At Whole Body and Me, I specialize in coaching women over 50 as they learn to re-balance their food and enjoy their bodies again. Getting up off the couch and back into a good life is a key focus of my program.

Through my unique approach combining nutrition expertise, unwavering motivation, and compassionate support, I help my clients discover how to identify, then balance their priorities, particularly with the food they eat. They become free to explore potential for a life they’ve always hoped for, but never dreamed they could actually achieve. My name is Jill Buchanan and for the past 10 years, I’ve helped women just like you take charge of their eating habits and get back into life through my Integrative Nutrition Coaching program. For years, their lives had been about taking care of everyone else, and now they had all but forgotten how to take care of themselves. Many were stuck on the couch, scrolling, eating, feeling less-than, without the motivation to get up and get back into their bad-ass lives. And as our bodies age, it can take increasingly more effort to find the inspiration to put ourselves first.

My unique program encompasses building good food strategies while also supporting self-esteem growth and goal setting. Once we identify and prioritize our goals, we determine what tools we need to successfully achieve them.

THRIVE is a 4-week kickstart program for women ready to step into healthier habits and feel more energized in everyday life. Designed to boost your confidence, motivation, and sense of control, THRIVE is your chance to wake up and glow!

Through simple nutrition steps, movement you’ll actually enjoy, and grounded reflection practices (think gratitude, journaling, and clear intention-setting), you’ll begin building habits that last.

We’ll focus on three key areas:

  • Nourishing your body with better food choices

  • Moving in ways that feel good and fit your lifestyle

  • Strengthening your mind-body connection through practical reflection tools

Each week includes guided worksheets and email check-ins to keep you supported and engaged. Optional Add-Ins include 30-minute virtual visits with Jill and an additional 4-week program package at a discount.
