A good life is not about deprivation and holding back. At Whole Body and Me, I specialize in coaching women as they learn to re-balance their food and enjoy their bodies again. Getting up off the couch and back into a good life is a key focus of my program.

Through my unique approach combining nutrition expertise, unwavering motivation, and compassionate support, I help my clients discover how to identify, then balance their priorities, particularly with the food they eat. They become free to explore potential for a life they’ve always hoped for, but never dreamed they could actually achieve.

25 For 2025 - Be Fit and Fabulous

The new year is almost here and you are already thinking about your resolutions. THIS is the year you’re going to lose weight, get fit. THIS time you really mean it. You’re going to eat right and exercise, turn away all those ‘bad’ foods. No matter the temptation, you will stay on your ‘road to thin’.

The ‘road to thin’ isn’t fun, especially if it means deprivation, saying no to parties and family events, and eating boring, tasteless foods. But. there is another way. A fabulous, empowering way to find health, weight loss and joy through food planning and awareness.

The 25 for 2025 Program offers you an inexpensive experience to meet with a nutrition consultant on a weekly basis to dive into food balancing and open up those opinions you have about good foods vs bad foods.

We all want to be Fit and Fabulous. Did you know you can make it happen pretty easily? And no, I’m not talking about tofu and rice cakes here (unless you really like tofu and rice cakes).

The 25 for 2025 Program is a plan that covers 12 weeks of individually-designed nutritional counseling at an extremely low price. Nutrition counselors often charge upwards of $75-$100 per visit. Through this unique, individualized 12-week program, I am accepting 25 women for only $300. This particular program is limited and only available as we welcome in the new year.

You will receive:

  • 30 minutes of face to face (virtual) nutrition counseling weekly

  • Weekly individualized programming, including digital materials, stories, plans and recipes

  • Regular email contact with me for questions and to receive motivation

  • Q and A groups (virtual) to learn from other women and help motivate them while you are inspired by their stories at the same time

You will gain:

  • A deeper understanding of your food habits, choices and needs

  • A way to counteract self-sabotage

  • Multiple tools to manage difficult food scenarios

  • Balance with the way you view food, eating and feelings

  • Skills to release the good food-bad food/good girl-bad girl mentality

  • Awareness that you can be honest with yourself, and can trust your choices

  • Desire to be genuine with yourself and therefore, want to make better food choices

You will lose:

  • You will most likely lose weight. Everyone does as part of cleaning up their food choices

  • The sense that you’re either good or bad depending on what went in your mouth today

  • The need to berate yourself according to your food choices

  • The self-limiting beliefs that you cannot achieve

You’re ready. You were born ready for this. It all starts with registering for 1 week. You get a 30 minute consult with Jill where we make a plan for the 12-weeks. Payment is $300 for the full 12-week session. If you are not satisfied with your program, you can request a refund up to 4 weeks after the start of your program (minus a $25 cancelation fee). Sorry, no refunds after 4 weeks of program.
